Payment

You can pay by cheque or by credit card through Paypal which is a secure payment process. We do not keep details of your credit card number. Cheques should be made payable to "Little Timbers" and sent to 8 Bridge Meadow, Denton, Northamptonshire, NN7 1DA. Please note we will not send out goods until the cheque has cleared.

Delivery

For items in stock we will aim to deliver next day via Royal Mail. Certain items need time to be constructed e.g. clocks so please allow 2-3 weeks from date of the order. For International Delivery please ring 01604 899356 for delivery to an address outside of the United Kingdom and we will endeavour to find the safest, securest and cheapest way of delivering your goods. This will be charged at cost. Please allow 14 days for delivery.

Returns policy

If, when the goods arrive, they are not what you expect, please return them to us within 7 days in the original packaging and we will either exchange them or return your money straight away. However, please note, we cannot refund postage costs incurred in returning any item. When returning goods, we also suggest you use registered post as we cannot be responsible for goods that fail to reach us. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer). Please note, we cannot be held responsible for the actions of the Royal Mail.

Design Rights

All copyright, design right and intellectual property rights relating to our designs and products will remain the property of Little Timbers. Any infringement of these rights will be vigorously pursued.

We take your privacy and the security of your personal information very seriously and are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). If you wish to check the information that we hold about you, please e-mail us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. We will never give or sell your information to any other company or organisation. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).
